By placing an order on One CM Florist’s website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
One CM Florist reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms each time you access our website or services.
We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. One CM Florist shall not be responsible for any losses arising from such interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend or modify our website or services at any time for maintenance or improvements.
🌸 Order Acceptance Policy
To place an order, we require your name, email address, payment details, and order information. You are required to create an account before placing an order. All order details will be securely stored for processing purposes.

All orders are subject to acceptance by One CM Florist, and we reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. In such cases, full refunds will be issued.
✨ Order Changes
For any changes, please inform us as soon as possible via:

We can only guarantee changes if requested before 10:00 AM and at least 3 days before delivery.
During peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), changes must be requested at least 10 days in advance.
🚚 Delivery Policy
One CM Florist provides delivery within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor). Additional charges may apply depending on location.
Delivery time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Same-day delivery is available for selected products for orders placed before 11:00AM.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if requested 3 days before delivery (before 9:00 AM).
For peak periods, cancellation must be made 10–12 days in advance.

🌿 Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, natural imperfections may occur. Returns or refunds are not accepted without valid reasons.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product is delivered in unsatisfactory condition.
Requests must be made within 2–3 hours upon delivery, with:
• Order number
• Photos (multiple angles)
• Reason for request

🌼 Flower Substitution Policy
All products are subject to availability. One CM Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers with similar style, colour, and value without prior notice.
💳 Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go, etc.).
We do not store your card details. Secure payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
🌸 About Our Flowers
Freshness
Flowers may arrive in bud form to ensure longer lifespan.
Damage
If flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 2–3 hours with photos.
Non-Delivery
If delivery fails, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
🎁 Offers & Promotions
Promotions are valid within the stated period only. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless stated.
⚠️ Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Adverse Weather
Delivery delays due to weather are beyond our control. No refunds or re-delivery will be provided.
Force Majeure
One CM Florist shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supplier issues, or technical failures.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information.
