At One CM Florist, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order.
🌿 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within:
Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)
For locations outside our standard delivery zone, additional charges may apply. Delivery fees will be calculated automatically at checkout or confirmed by our team.
⏰ Delivery Time
Standard delivery hours:
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Daily)
Kindly note that we do not guarantee exact delivery times. All deliveries are arranged within the selected time window.
⚡ Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for selected items.
• Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM
• Subject to product availability and delivery capacity
• Not applicable during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festive seasons)
📦 Pre-Order Items
Certain items (e.g. customised arrangements or large orders) require advance notice:
• Minimum 2–3 days pre-order
• Corporate / bulk orders: 3–7 days in advance
📍 Delivery Conditions
• Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate and complete
• If the recipient is unavailable, our rider may:
– Leave the item with reception/guard (if permitted), or
– Contact the sender/recipient for further instructions
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
📸 Proof of Delivery
A photo will be taken upon delivery as proof of successful delivery.
⚠️ Delays & External Factors
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather (heavy rain, flooding)
• Peak seasonal demand
In such cases, One CM Florist will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
❌ Failed Delivery
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to:
• Incorrect address
• Recipient unreachable
• No access to premises
Re-delivery will be arranged at an additional charge.
🌙 Special Occasions
During peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festive seasons):
• Delivery time slots may be extended
• Exact delivery timing cannot be guaranteed
• Higher delivery volume may result in delays
