Refund policy
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, real and fresh flowers will never be 100% perfect. There may be natural flaws and imperfections, as flowers are cut and removed from their roots. Thus, we are unable to accept returns or refunds without valid reasons.
Kindly note that all product photos/videos shown (on our website and social media pages) are for reference only and serve as a general guide to the overall style and colour palette. Each product is hand-arranged by our team.
As all arrangements are handcrafted, no two pieces will be exactly the same as displayed. However, our team will always do our best to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible to the reference visuals.
Photos and videos are taken under professional lighting and may be edited for clarity and presentation. While we strive to ensure accurate representation, actual colours and designs may vary due to different screen settings and device displays.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the flowers are delivered in unsatisfactory condition. Please note that it is the recipient’s responsibility to care for the flowers once they have been delivered.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 2–3 hours upon delivery. All requests are subject to review and approval by One CM Florist.
Kindly provide:

• Photos of the product (from multiple angles)
• Reason for return/refund request

❌ Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Discounted or sale items
• Bundles
• Gift sets
• Products with missing cards
• Change of mind or personal preference
Returns are accepted on quality issues only.
⚠️ Circumstances Beyond Our Control
1. Adverse Weather Conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy rain or flooding), delivery delays may occur. This is beyond our control, and One CM Florist shall not be held responsible for late deliveries. In such cases, refunds or re-delivery will not be provided.
2. Force Majeure
One CM Florist shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond One CM Florist's reasonable control.
